NEEDED: MINISTERS TO THE SICK
Training class April 23, 2016 • 9:00am - noon
We are looking for Christ centered people who are interested in serving God by serving parishioners who are in need of your presence… your compassion… and your love. These parishioners may be in their homes or Nursing Homes or the Hospital. Regardless of where they are, their desire to receive the body of Christ in the Eucharist has not been taken away, just their ability to do so.
We are especially in need of those who will visit parishioners recuperating in the hospitals or are recovering from an illness. Our Ministers to the Sick go to these hospitals every week and we need a few good men and women to join us in this endeavor. Each volunteer goes once a week every few months as they are scheduled. As Jesus said, “I was sick and you visited me”. Whatever you do for one of these, you have done it for me.”
For information or registration, please call the church office at 386-767-6111.

HEALING PRAYER SERVICE
First Thursday of each month • 6:30pm
Next service is May 5, 2016

We are inviting you to join us in sharing the graces of our Heavenly Father through prayer, scripture, music, exposition of the Holy Eucharist, witness and "laying on of hands" for individual healing needs.
